REFUND PROTOCOL
01 // RESTOCKING FEE
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except where prohibited by law. This fee covers the technical inspection, repackaging, and system updates required to reintegrate high-performance components into our secure inventory.
02 // RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and preserved in their original packaging. All returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivered date to maintain system integrity.
03 // NON-RETURNABLE ASSETS
The following assets are strictly non-returnable: custom tuning files, specialized custom orders, and any parts that have been installed or show signs of attempted use. Once technical calibration is deployed, it cannot be reversed for return.
04 // AUTHORIZATION PROTOCOL
Customers must contact Danny Wayne Diesel logistics before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns without a verified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be refused at our facility.
05 // SHIPPING LOGISTICS
Customers are responsible for both original and return shipping costs in standard cases. If a technical shipping error occurs or an item arrives functionally damaged, Danny Wayne Diesel will authorize a system override to cover logistics costs.
06 // REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the hardware is inspected and approved. The 25% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted from the final credit volume.
This policy is subject to applicable law and DWD Performance LLC reserves the right to update these protocols at any time without prior notification.
