Transmission Tuning

Optional Transmission Tuning (Ford / Chevy / GMC / RAM Packages)

Not required, but highly recommended if you want the truck to feel as good as it runs. Transmission tuning can clean up shift behavior, reduce gear hunting, improve throttle-to-shift response, and make towing or daily driving smoother—especially on trucks with added power. If you’re staying mostly stock, you can skip it. If you want a more refined, confident driving feel (and better shift consistency under load), this is the add-on that ties the whole setup together.

Important Note (2017–2019 Chevy/GMC Duramax)

For 2019–2020 Chevy/GMC Duramax applications, the TCM must be unlocked before transmission tuning can be applied. An HP Tuners device is required for this process, along with (4) credits to complete the TCM unlock. If you don’t already have HP Tuners and the required credits, we can help you get set up.
